How does it work?

The active ingredient in Kybella™ is deoxycholic acid, a naturally occurring molecule in the body that aids in the breakdown and absorption of dietary fat.

When injected into the fat beneath your skin, Kybella™ causes the destruction of fat cells. Once destroyed, those cells cannot store or accumulate fat.

How many treatments will you need?

Many patients treated with Kybella™ experience visible contouring of their chin in 2 to 4 treatments. Some people require up to 6 treatments in order to achieve optimal results.
