Abbey joined the practice in 1999 after seven years of critical care nursing. She performs non-invasive cosmetic and medical skin procedures and is our lead consultant for prescription-based skin care.
Molly Hundley, BSN, RN
Molly joined our practice in 2008 after previous experience in Ambulatory Care, Critical Care and Private Practice environment. She has gained a wealth of experience in plastic surgery and medical skin care. Her warm and caring nature makes her a valuable part of our team educating our patients, preparing them and assisting the doctors in surgery.

Molly’s primary focus at Banis Plastic Surgery is working alongside our surgeons in all treatment room settings. She formerly educates and prepares our patient for treatment and surgery.

Michelle Welch, BSN, RN
Michelle joined Banis Plastic Surgery in 2014. She came from the San Francisco Bay area with over 15 years of Plastic Surgery experience. Michelle’s detailed nature makes her a perfect fit for Banis Plastic Surgery and an asset to our team. She was apart of the training team for Zeltiq, (the original launching company of CoolSculpting), as a Certified Trainer. Michelle has recently been sought out by Allergan to become a member of Allergan Speaker faculty teaching Master classes around the country.

Leslie Harris, BSN
Leslie joined Banis Plastic Surgery in 2009. She assists our surgeons by educating and guiding our surgical patients through their treatment plan and surgical pathway. She provides education and support in answering all of their questions. Her attention to detail keeps our surgical schedule full and busy.

Kelly Isaacs, Licensed Esthetician
Kelly joined Banis Plastic Surgery in 2020 with over 9 years of experience in the skin care industry. Her natural people skills and caring way provides her a great ability to assist clients on their journey to healthy and beautiful skin. One of Kelly’s specialties is customizing a personalized skin care plan through products and skin care procedures best suited for everyone that she spends time within our practice. Kelly also performs CoolSculpting treatments as our CoolSculpting Specialist.

Carin joined Banis Plastic Surgery in 2017. Carin is a great asset to our team with over 15 years of skin care experience. She is able to educate our patients on skin care needs and opportunities. She also is a clinical assistant to our surgeons and clinical team helping the flow of our day.
