In my experience, having work done by a plastic surgeon is a very personal thing.  That’s why I like working with Dr. Banis and his team because I feel like they understand that and they make me feel special – like part of the “family”.

The things that bother you about your appearance may not even be noticeable to others, but it’s self confidence in your appearance that matters.  My experience with the Deka Dot Laser was really fantastic!  The discomfort was minimal – less of a bee bite than the photo facial.  My downtime was minimal, I could have gone back to work after 3-4 days without any problem – I looked like I had a mild sunburn, but there was less discomfort than a sunburn.  I think keeping the cream on diligently and cleansing my face several times a day is the key to less downtime and more comfort.

I chose to have the Deka Dot Laser treatment because I was seeing more brown spots on my face.  The results were really surprising – it had an effect beyond what I was expecting.  It completely removed brown spots and other discoloration and gave my face a smoother texture and more consistent color.  It removed a lot of fine wrinkle lines around my eyes!  It even lifted my eyes a bit.  I loved getting all of this benefit in one treatment!

And if you need it, Dr. Banis is pretty good at giving you a shave!
